Sometimes, this happens even for files within onedrive (again, I have full permission for all folders involved). (I have full permission, and have even changed it to read only and then back to read and write, but that didn’t do it). When I move files out of onedrive onto another part of my hard drive, I do not have permission to access those files. As such, I can almost never use the laptop without it being plugged in. Sometimes it overtakes the CPU (generally at around 106%), and if I dare quit the application, it exacerbates the difficulties below. I cannot see what it intends to do or why it is doing it.
